Where We Invest
We’re actively pursuing opportunities in the following areas:
Commercial Warehousing & Land Development
We invest in warehousing assets and select land development projects, typically ranging from $1–5M in value.
Short-Term Rentals
We co-invest in a variety of short-term rental assets—including residential homes, small multifamily properties, and boutique hotels—usually in the $500K–$2M range.
Residential Flips
We selectively invest in short-term residential flip opportunities that align with our underwriting and market criteria.
Our Role
With over 10 years of real estate investing experience, we bring more than just capital to the table. We understand how to navigate complex deals, solve problems creatively, and move quickly when opportunities arise. From helping with banking relationships to leveraging a strong network of local partners, we’re often a stabilizing and value-adding presence in every deal we pursue.
