I often hear from people who are frustrated in their careers.

They’ve been grinding in a job that doesn’t light them up…
Or they’ve been dabbling in a side business they wish they could go all in on.

They come to me for advice—wondering if it’s the right time to take the leap into entrepreneurship.

And I do everything I can to coach and encourage them.
I help them get clear on their goals, think bigger, move faster.
I try to help them see the real risk isn’t in taking a chance on a business—
It’s in staying stuck and living a life that feels unfulfilled.

I also ask them to think about what they’d tell their own kids:
Would you want your child to settle?
Or to chase what they believe in?

But here’s the hard truth:
I can’t do it for them.
No matter how confident I am in their potential…
No matter how much I want to see them succeed…
They’re the ones who have to burn the ships—go all in, with no plan B.

And sadly, 9 times out of 10, I don’t hear from them again.
Or I do—years later—and nothing has changed.

So if you’re in that place today… stuck between what is and what could be…

I’ll leave you with this:

“Tell me, what is it you plan to do
with your one wild and precious life?”
